Creative Writer & Artist

Storytelling is what I do. Everything has a story. No matter what it is and whether it is conveyed through words or art.  I have over fifteen years experience as a professional writer. I've crafted human interest stories and advertorials for magazines,  business spotlights, marketing newsletters and covered events in the arts, and written my share of fiction. (Stay tuned for more info on fiction and non fiction projects.). 

I am an intuitive creative writer and artist and most recently this led to studies in the healing arts as I explored energy movement and the chakra system.  In 2022 I began studying and training in Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing. I trained in Reiki Level One, Two and Three in the Usai lineage. I  also trained as a Yin Yoga Teacher in 2023.

My college  education at San Diego State University first introduced me to the creative arts as both a living history and as a fiber of my being. It awakened a creative stirring that I've continued to explore in many modalities including writing and the arts.
